They are trained in fire fighting, handling riots and gears apart from administering basic first aid. A unique Training in speaking & Telephone attending manners are imparted. A special care is taken in training these men to meet all the exclusive demands / requirements of each customer needs. WE TAKE CARE NOT TO DEPLOY MEN FROM THE SAME VICINITY, which avoids breeding familiarity with your men.
Training School :
We have set up an I-house Training School where we impart training to effectively educate our men update them on the present scenario on security matters. Furthers on –the-job training is also imparted at frequent intervals not only by the field officers but also training instructors.
Inspection & Supervision:
To ensure efficient, effective and prompt service to our valuable customers as per the commitment we do conduct frequent day inspection as well as night inspection at various levels beginning with the Unit in Charge, field Officers and other Senior Executives. Besides, timely feed back system is also in existence to take corrective action.
Moreover, client Co-ordination meetings are also conducted with the concerned official once in fortnight to have smooth functioning of the unit.
Control Room & Communication:
We have an independent telephone, Fax / E-mail line which takes care of document communication. Also all our senior staff are equipped with mobiles.
This enables the clients to have easy access to the concerned executive at any time of the day or night.
Its basic function is to enable our clients to have access to us with regard to their problems grievance in our service at any time and such information’s received from the clients trickles down to the field officers for appropriate actions to be initiated. Any action should not exceed more than 60 to 90 minutes from the time of complaint being received in the control room. The control room also acts as a bridge between our guarding force and the management.
